Delivery Areas

We currently deliver throughout mainland United Kingdom.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping through our online store. If you require delivery outside the UK, please contact our Customer Service team to discuss available options.

Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed before 2:00pm are normally processed on the same working day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00pm, on weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days

  • Express Delivery (where available): 1–2 working days

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, particularly during adverse weather conditions or peak shopping periods.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your order value, weight and delivery postcode.

From time to time, we may offer free delivery promotions. Any applicable delivery offers will be clearly displayed on our website.

Fresh, Chilled & Frozen Products

We take great care when packing fresh, chilled and frozen products to help maintain their quality during transit.

To ensure product freshness:

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive your order where appropriate.

  • Refrigerated and frozen items should be stored immediately after delivery.

  • We cannot accept responsibility for deterioration caused by delays in unpacking after delivery has been completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available), allowing you to monitor your delivery.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • No one is available to receive the order (where a signature or attendance is required),

  • The delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete,

  • Access to the property is unavailable,

additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before placing your order.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs of any damaged items and packaging where possible

We will investigate promptly and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or store credit.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather

  • Traffic disruption

  • Courier delays

  • Public holidays

  • High seasonal demand

We appreciate your understanding and will keep you informed where possible.
